2010 at 1:30 PM at the Wisconsin Veterans Home
Main Chapel in King, WI, with the Reverend Jeff
Holtan Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church, officiating.
Interment will be in the Central Wisconsin Veterans
Memorial Cemetery in King, WI. A visitation will be
held on Wednesday evening from 4:00 8:00 PM at the
Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca, WI, and again on
Thursday from 12:30 1:30 at the Wisconsin Veterans
Home Main Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials
can be directed to the Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church
of Waupaca, WI in memory of Wilbur W. (Web) Plowman.
The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca, WI is assisting
the family with arrangements.

Wilbur Wayne (Web) Plowman
King, WI
Age 77 passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2010 at
the Wisconsin Veterans Home in King, WI. He was
born on September 17, 1932 in Neillsville, WI, the
son of Harold and Ruby (Ferguson) Plowman. He
married Joyce Y. Trevean on January 20, 1958 at
Camp Smith, HI.
Wilbur is survived by his wife, Joyce Plowman of
Waupaca, daughters; Evelyn Plowman of Waupaca,
Deborah Le (Fiancι; Marshall Guyette) of Waupaca,
Cathy Koepke of Appleton, Laurie (Dave) Klieforth
of Neillsville, and Patty (Terry) Dellenbach of
Rhinelander, grandchildren; Rachel (Chris) Hunt,
Daniel Le, Emma Le, Taylor and Brandon Koepke,
Mitchell and Matthew Klieforth, and Alicia
Plowman, and a great grandson; Ethan Hunt. He is
also survived by brothers; Robert (Shirley)
Plowman and Harold (Bobbette) Plowman, Jr, both of
Wisconsin Rapids, and sisters; Iola Olds of
Wisconsin Rapids, and Linda Holden of California.
He is further survived by many nieces, nephews,
other relatives, and friends. Wilbur was preceded
in death by his parents, and three brothers; John,
Darrell, and Larry Plowman.
Wilbur had served in the U.S. Marines Corps from
March 25, 1953 until he was honorably discharged
on April 30, 1975. He had served in the Korean War
and three tours of duty in the Viet Nam War. He
had attained the rank of Master Sergeant.
Following his service in the Marine Corps Wilbur
worked for the Wisconsin Dept. of Transportation
in Rhinelander. He had worked in the maintenance
department and had been employed with the D.O.T.
for about 17 years. Web loved fishing, especially
Musky fishing. He enjoyed doing carpentry work. He
was a person who was always available to lend a
hand, even if he didnt know the person. He loved
the time he could spend with his children and
grandchildren. He was a member of the Immanuel Ev.
Lutheran Church in Waupaca.
