Church in Amherst.

Irven C. Eskritt age 91 of King, passed away on
Tuesday July 13, 2010 at the Wisconsin Veterans
Home in King. Irven was born on October 14, 1918
the son of Elmer and Mabel (Newby) Eskritt. Irven
married the late Hattie (Bisek) Eskritt on March
10, 1942. Irven was in the U.S. Army and served in
WWII.
Irven is survived by one son Douglas (Linda)
Eskritt of Waupaca; two granddaughters Brooke
(Alex Theodorou) Eskritt of Cedarburg, and Rhonda
Eskritt of Waupaca; one sister Veda (Curtis) Van
Allen of Racine, and many other nieces, nephews
other relatives and friends.
Irven was preceded in death by his parents Elmer
and Mabel Eskritt; his wife Hattie Eskritt; two
brothers Arlene and Harry Eskritt; and two sisters
Lucille Mortenson, and Sylvia Miller.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on
Saturday July 17, 2010 at 11 A.M. at the St. James
Catholic Church in Amherst. Father Bob Pedretti
will officiate, burial will be held on Monday at
the Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
A visitation will be held on Saturday at the
church from 9 A.M. until the time of the mass at
11 A.M. The Jungers-Holly Funeral Home is
assisting the family with arrangements.
