I will always remember Patrick and I having late night talks about his & my mother's love of wolves. May they both rest in peace!
We met through the lyme Disease community. And he was always caring and supportive.

Patrick was the most thoughtful person I knew. He helped everyone he could regardless of what it cost him. I had met him about 13 years ago, but the last three years were the most important. I quit my job, and moved back to Waupaca to help him on a daily basis. I enjoyed our conversations and warmth he gave towards others. He helped me grow as a person, and I will take his wisdom with me. See you again one day my dear friend.
Patrick was one of my dearest friends and I've seen him a lot in the last 4 years. I was going there on Sundays to help him some. I met him and Mike the summer before high school started, and I thought he was so cute, and he's been my friend ever since. That was 1976. I'm glad I got to spend time with him even to the end. Goodbye my friend I will see you again when I die and I will see you in heaven! I love you!!!! He had a big struggle and now isn't in pain and he isn't sick anymore. Mardana
I met Patrick first through my Facebook support page for Lyme disease. We later met at the Milwaukee Lyme walk. Patrick saw that it was my birthday and brought me a teapot full of dollar coins. He was so thoughtful and fought so hard to get better. But through it all he remained so giving. I would say rest in peace Patrick but I hope you are doing anything but resting. I hope you are fishing with Doc on the beach somewhere fun and doing all the tings you couldn't do here on earth while in this sick body. Now you can be whole again.
