Our story
Holly Funeral Home has provided quality funeral service in the communities they serve since 1865. Holly's orchestrates compassionate, individualized, full service funeral services through their five funeral homes conveniently located throughout Waupaca, Waushara and Portage Counties.

R. Michael Jungers, III
Funeral Director - Owner, President
Mike was born and raised in Waupaca. He graduated from Waupaca High School in 1984. He attended UW Oshkosh and earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Mike then attended Milwaukee Area Technical College and earned an Associate Degree in Mortuary Science. He has been involved in funeral service since 1988, becoming a licensed funeral director in 1991. Mike has been serving the community as a member of the Waupaca Volunteer Fire Department since 1991. He is also a member of the Waupaca Conservation League and the Waupaca Area Chamber of Commerce. Mike lives in Waupaca with his wife, Lori. They have two daughters, Kimberly and Courtney. Kimberly currently lives in Milwaukee and is a social worker. Courtney lives in St. Louis, MO and is attending Washington University as a graduate student in the field of molecular cell biology. Mike enjoys hunting, fishing, camping and most other outdoor activities.

Matthew Ehrenberg
Funeral Director
Matt was born and raised in Waupaca. He resides in Amherst, Wisconsin. He graduated from the Waupaca High School in 1993. He attended UWSP before he graduated from Milwaukee Area Technical College with a degree in Mortuary Science in 1999. Matt is married to Mandy Ehrenberg and they have two sons, Trevor and Austin. He enjoys playing golf, volunteering on the Amherst Fair Board, and spending time with his family.

Amanda Ehrenberg
Funeral Director
Mandy has been a licensed funeral director since 2001. She attended Southwest Technical College in Fennimore, Wisconsin and received her degree from Milwaukee Area Technical College in Mortuary Science. She is currently a member of the National Funeral Directors Association. Mandy is married to Matt Ehrenberg and they have two wonderful sons, Trevor and Austin. They reside in Amherst. She enjoys volunteering in the Amherst community and with the Portage County Fair. Mandy also enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

Spencer Grams
Funeral Director
Spencer was born and raised in Waupaca. He is a 2018 graduate of Waupaca High School. After high school he decided to travel the world. After living in Poland for a year he returned home to Waupaca and began his apprenticeship with the Holly Funeral Home. Spencer attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout and Fox Valley Technical College before graduating from Worsham College of Mortuary Science. Spencer graduated in September of 2022 with his degree in Funeral Service. Spencer enjoys spending time on the Chain O’ Lakes, playing golf, hunting, and fishing. Spencer is an active member in the Rotary Club, a member of the Waupaca Area Volunteer Fire Department, and a life-long member at Trinity Lutheran Church. He looks forward to giving back to his community when and/or it is needed the most.

Brent Feltheim
Funeral Director Assistant
Brent Feltheim was raised in Appleton and graduated from Appleton East High School in 1969. He attended FVTI for a Police Science/Law Enforcement Degree. He retired as Assistant Chief from the Waupaca Police Department after 30 years. Brent was past chairman of the Waupaca Kiwanis and member of the Waupaca Area Chamber of Commerce. Brent was also past Council President at Trinity Lutheran Church in Waupaca, past member of the Chiefs of Police Association, past Chairman of the District Attorneys Commission on Criminal Justice and past Chairman of the Waupaca United Way. Brent is married to Diane (Dunham-Schiefer) and has six children: Tina (Jim) Grenlie, Theresa Heger, Tony (Mel) Feltheim, Andy (Julia) Feltheim, Shane Feltheim, and Amanda Feltheim. Brent has been with Holly's since 2012 as a Funeral Assistant. Brent enjoys traveling, golfing and time with his fourteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Brent and Diane are blessed with their ever growing family.

Heidi Fischer
Heidi Fischer Office Manager -Monument Representative , Licensed Pre-Need Agent
Heidi was raised in Thorp, Wisconsin. She moved to the Waupaca area in 1991 and lives here currently. Heidi is happily married to Kurt Fischer, they have two children, Amelia and Madeline. Heidi is an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She enjoys volunteering her time working with the youth program and is currently serving on Church Council. Heidi has enjoyed coaching volleyball for the Waupaca Fire Program. In her free-time she takes advantage of the time she has left with her teenagers before they graduate and both move onto their own futures.
Heidi takes care of the continuing care program at Holly’s; she also serves as a notary public. Heidi furthered her education and is a licensed Pre-Need Insurance Agent. Visit Holly’s monument showroom and Heidi can help with the selection of your monument tribute, she is a monument representative for Twin City Monuments.
