Bonnell, age 43, of Waupaca, WI, passed away on Thursday, November 27, 2025, in Madison, WI. Kyle was born on June 22, 1982, the son of Dennis and Terrell (Bauer) Bonnell in Neenah, WI. Free-spirited, adventurous, and full of life, Kyle embraced the world with open arms. He loved to travel and explore new cultures, always seeking the beauty in people and places alike. Kyle spent some time as a musician on a cruise ship, sharing his talent and joy with audiences around the globe. His travels later took him to Thailand, where he lived for several years and developed a deep connection to the country, its people, and its traditions. Kyle is survived by his loving parents, Dennis and Terrell Bonnell of Waupaca, WI; his brothers Jason (Abbey) Bonnell of Appleton and Alexander Bonnell of Weyauwega; grandmother, Dorothy Bonnell of Waupaca. He is further survived by his nieces and nephews: Zack Strahota of West Bend; Aiden Bonnell, Freyja Bonnell of Appleton; Addilynn Bonnell, Alden Bonnell, and Ari Bonnell of Weyauwega; along with many other cherished relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Arden Bonnell and Deedric Bauer; his grandmother Mary Jane Clark; his nephew Carter Bonnell; and his aunt Denice Bauer. Kyle will be remembered for his warm heart, his love of music, his sense of humor, and the countless stories he collected during his journeys. Those who knew him will forever cherish the light he brought into their lives. Private family services will be held at a later date.
