Agnes Golla's Obituary
AGNES M. GOLLA
OGDENSBURG, WISCONSIN Age 79 passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at Bethany Home in Waupaca. She was born March 16, 1927 in the Town of Dewey, Portage Co., WI; daughter of Max and Annie (Bella) Kawleski. Mrs. Golla attended school in Stevens Point. She worked at Lullabye Social Services in Pensacola, FL, and also worked as a Party Plan Manager for Dutchmaid Fashions and Cameo Lingerie. Agnes married Ernest Golla on July 6, 1946 at St. Casimir’s Catholic Church in Stevens Point. He preceded her in death on October 14, 2006. Agnes was a well-known produce vendor on the square in Stevens Point. She was also “the leader” in maple syrup sales for Doo-Little Syrup. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary of King, WI and was a lifetime member of the Waupaca Genealogical Society. Agnes is survived by:

Kevin Golla of Ogdensburg, WI
Grandchildren: Robert and Andrew Golla of Appleton, WI
Nick and Megan Lynch of Appleton, WI
Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ernest Golla, six brothers, Henry, George, Alex, Chester, Ted, and Stephen Kawleski, and one sister, Martha Orlowski. A Funeral Mass will be on Monday, December 18, 2006 at 11:00 AM at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Community in Waupaca. Reverend Roy Geenen will officiate. A visitation will be held from 9:00 – 11:00 AM on Monday at the church. Burial will be at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Cemetery in Waupaca following the services on Monday. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in the name of Agnes M. Golla. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements. HOLLY FUNERAL HOME
