AILEEN K. ALM
NELSONVILLE, WI Age 90 – died on Friday, August 5, 2005 at the Riverside Medical Center in Waupaca, WI. She was born on May 30, 1915 in the Township of Amherst, Portage County, WI, a daughter of the late Elmer and Pearl (Rollefson) Johnson. She married Welton Alm on September 4, 1936 in Nelsonville. He preceded her in death on October 1, 1968. Aileen is survived by two daughters: Jane Alm and special friend: Robert Ripley of West Allis, WI, and Patricia Raddatz of Nelsonville, four grandchildren: Amy (Mark) Pearson and their children, Drake and Heather of Nelsonville, Carrie (Roy) Wierzba and their children, Kasey and Melinda of Nelsonville, Kristin (Christopher) Deptula and their daughter Emma of Stevens Point, and Timm (Michelle) Raddatz of Amherst Jct., a sister: Lorraine Packer of Amherst, and three brothers: Eldred (Orpha) Johnson of Turtle Lake, ND, Donald Johnson of Amherst, and Roger (Karen) Johnson of Brandon, SD. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Welton, and two brothers. Aileen was a member of the Nelsonville Lutheran Church in Nelsonville. A funeral service will be held at the Nelsonville Lutheran Church in Nelsonville on Tuesday, August 9, 2005 at 11:00 AM. Interment will be in the Nelsonville Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may call at the Jungers-Holly Funeral Home in Amherst, WI on Monday, August 8, 2005 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM, and at the church on Tuesday morning from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the Nelsonville Lutheran Church Improvement Fund or the charity of your choice in memory of Aileen K. Alm. The Jungers-Holly Funeral Home of Amherst is assisting family with arrangements.
