Alice Lund's Obituary
ALICE E. LUND
WAUPACA, WISCONSIN Age 94, passed away peacefully on January 3, 2009 at Bethany Home in Waupaca, WI. She was born March 30, 1914 in Kane, PA; daughter of Axel and Alma (Nelson) Holt. On July 14, 1936, Alice married Alfred Lund in Waupaca, WI. He preceded her in death in March 20, 1994. Alice worked at Zwicker’s in Waupaca until her retirement. After her retirement, she worked in the lunch program at Riverside School in Waupaca. She also was a Sunday School Teacher at First Baptist Church in Waupaca for many years. Both Alice and Alfred were close to the Lord and read the Bible together frequently. Alice is survived by:

Donna Braunstein of La Habra, CA
Also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Axel and Alma Holt; husband, Alfred Lund; sister, Evelyn Belt; and two half-brothers. A Funeral Service will be on Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church in Waupaca, WI. Reverend Larry G. Gross will officiate. A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 9:00 – 11:00 AM at the church. Burial will be in the spring at Lakeside Memorial Park in Waupaca.
