Ann V. Kotek, age 90, of Wild Rose, passed away on Sunday, April 28th, 2013 at Crystal River Nursing and Rehab. Center in Waupaca. She was born in Slovakia on March 26, 1923. Survivors include 2 Sons: Raymond Kotek, Wild Rose, WI; George Hughes, Wautoma, WI; Grandchildren: James Kotek; Cheryl Howard; April Rivera; Ray Kotek; George Hughes; Alex Hughes; George Parsons; Sueann Parsons; Great Grandchildren: George & Marissa Vera; Marina & Vetina Kotek; Gabriel McNair; JonJames Rivera; Lily, Angela & George Jr. Parsons; Great Great Grandchildren: Elias, Seth & Nathan Vera. Funeral Services will be held at the Holly Funeral Home in Wild Rose at 1 PM on Friday, May 3rd, 2013, with Father Paul Vanden Hogen, officiating. Interment will be in the Ravine Cemetery, Town Springwater, Waushara Co., WI. Visitation will be held on Friday, from 11 AM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
