Ann M. Van Eperen's Obituary
Ann M. Van Eperen age 61, of Waupaca passed away on Friday June 4, 2010 at Riverside Medical Center in Waupaca. Ann was born on April 22, 1949 the daughter of Donald and Charlotte (Weber) Jorgensen. Ann married Lee Van Eperen on May 12, 2006 in Waupaca.
Ann is survived by her husband Lee of Waupaca; mother Charlotte Jorgensen of Oshkosh; sister Lynn (Ken) Appleby of Oshkosh; sister-in-law Linda Van Eperen (close friend Lee) of Appleton; two brother-in-laws Larry (Hope) Van Eperen of Townsend, WI, and Les (Tammy) Van Eperen of Seymour; two step daughters Mary Van Eperen of Waupaca, and Jessica (Josh) Adrians of Oshkosh, many other nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Ann is preceded in death by her father Donald Jorgensen.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday June 9, 2010 at 11 a.m. at St Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Waupaca. Father Brian Belongia will officiate, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. A visitation will be held on Wednesday at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the Mass at 11 a.m.
