Arvilla J. (Weber) Ammel-Haviland's Obituary
Mrs. Arvilla Jessie Haviland, age 92, of P.O. Box 67 Almond, Wisconsin, passed away Thursday, September 29th, 2005 at St. Michael's Hospital, Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Mrs. Haviland was born in Town of Almond, Wisconsin on April 17, 1913, she was the daughter of the late Edwin and Lena (Krohn) Weber. She was a member of Almond United Methodist Church Almond, Wisconsin. She married Harold Ammel on April 11, 1931 in Almond. He preceded her in death in 1967. She later married Arthur Haviland on July 21, 1994 at the Red Mill Chapel in Waupaca. Arvilla worked as a Bookkeeper at Wysocki Farms in Plover for many years. She enjoyed reading the Bible, watching westerns on television, cooking, and listening to music. She is survived by Husband: Arthur Haviland, Almond; Granddaughter: Linda Payne, Wautoma; Great Grandsons: Steven Payne, Racine; Daniel Payne, Racine; Great Great Granddaughter: Faith Payne, Racine; Sister in law: Pearl Weber, Wautoma. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Two Step daughters: Susan (Roy) Erickson, Eagle Grove, Iowa; Sally Yohn, Plainfield. Eleven Step Grandchildren: Monty (Melody) Erickson, Eagle Grove Iowa; Marcy (Bill) Bertran, Webster City Iowa; Loree (Ronnie) Ellas, Colorado Springs, CO; Tracy (Peggy) Erickson, Eagle Grove, Iowa; Jill (David) Schaefer, Altoona, Iowa; Jered (Kayla) Erickson, Collins, Iowa; Marty (Jamie) Yohn, Marshfield; Ronald (Laura) Yohn, Elk Mound; Debra Yohn, Stevens Point; Beth (Larry) Johnston', Plover. Seventeen Step Great Grandchildren and One Step Great Great Granddaughter. She is also survived by many relatives and local friends. She was preceded in death by One Daughter: Joyce Marie Smith, Two Brothers: Herbert Weber and Albert Weber and Sister in law: Clara Weber. Funeral Service will be held at Almond United Methodist Church at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, October 4th, with Reverend Richard Fite officiating. Interment will be in the Almond Village Cemetery Almond, Wisconsin. Visitation will be held Monday 5-8 P.M. at Almond United Methodist Church.
