Ashley J. Blank's Obituary
Ashley Jean Blank, age 31 of Madison passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at UW Health University Hospital in Madison. Ashley was born May 23, 1993; daughter of Lori Blank and Jamie Blank. She enjoyed water therapy, swimming and bathing. She was full of smiles when the therapy dog licked her face and the fresh air outside, with the sun shining on her face and a light breeze. Ashley especially liked her chocolate flavor lip gloss and her special toys, an angel doll and a stuffed cat named Jeff.
Ashley is survived by her parents, Lori Blank of Waupaca; Jamie (Kathy) Blank of Waupaca; brothers, Damian Blank of New London; Travis (Jazmine) Blank of Iola; maternal grandparents, Lynn (Rick) Tolle of Waupaca; Phil (Marcy) Anunson of Sugar Bush; paternal grandfather; Leonard Butch Blank Jr. of New London; nephew, Paxton Blank of New London; aunts, Jessica Anunson of Waupaca; Sara (Ben) Anunson of Neenah; Jillian Amador of Manawa; Trista Jo Blank of New London; uncles, Eric Anunson of Waupaca; Rodney Blank of New London; Corey Blank of Waupaca; Brandon Brasch of Manawa; also numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins. Ashley was preceded in death by her half-sister, Alexis Jo Blank, paternal grandmother, Mary Brasch, her great-grandparents and special cousin, Felicia Ramos.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until time of services at Holly’s. The family would like to give a special thanks to Central Wisconsin Center in Madison and UW Hospital ICU and the palliative care teams.
