Barbara Ann Rosin, 66 of Wautoma, WI passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2011 at Theda Clark Hospital, Neenah, WI following a courageous battle with cancer.
Barbara was born on November 24, 1944 to Arnold and Lois Rohloff in New London, WI. She married Gilbert John Rosin on October 27, 1962 in Waupaca, WI. Barbara spent most of her adult life in Health Care as well as operating an Adult Family Home. Her love in life was providing for her husband, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed sewing, especially making quilts, which her family treasures. She enjoyed canning produce, going to rummage sales and playing bingo.
Barbara is survived by her husband of 48 years, her sons Terry (Barbara) Rosin, Wautoma, WI, Jimmy (Larenda) Rosin, Sparta, WI, Tim Rosin, Wautoma, WI, Jeffrey (Tamara) Rosin, Wautoma, WI, 17 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
She is also survived by her sisters Marlene (Ron) Hoffensberger, Sandy (Bob) Penny, Ginny (Pete) Johnson, Ann Marie (Bob) Dufield, and brothers Gary (Sandy) Rohloff, Ricky (Kathy) Rohloff, Billy Miller, and John Miller, Aunt Patsy Oleson, Sisters-in-law, Lorraine Jelinski, Shirley (Lee) Jackson, Brothers-in-law Billy (Pauline) Rosin, Carl(Chris) Rosin, Roger(Carol) Rosin, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins as well as many, many friends. Barb had two very special friends in Deanna Parker and Lori Rosin in which she enjoyed spending time with.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her parents-in-law William and Ann Rosin, Brother and Sister-in-law Lawrence and Shelby Rosin, Brother and Sister-in-law Jim and Virginia Clavette, Sisters-in-law Joyce Nelson and Romona Rosin and granddaughters Marissa Rosin and McKinsey Rosin.
At the request of Barbara, no funeral service will be held. The immediate family will gather for a private service along with close personal friends. The Holly Funeral Home of Wild Rose, WI assisted the family with arrangements.
