Bessie Rogers' Obituary
Bessie Rogers, age 90, of Pine River, passed away on Wednesday, August 3rd, 2005 at Berlin Memorial Hospital in Berlin. She was born in Almond on September 30, 1914, she was the daughter of the late Hugh and Esther (Topping) Raymond. She married Floyd H. Rogers on April 9, 1948 in Dubuque, Iowa. He preceded her in death on October 21, 1981. Bessie attended Pine River Free Methodist Church. Survivors include: 3 Daughters: Sandra Satterfield, Pine River, WI.; Yvonne (Kenneth) Schroeder, Waupaca, WI.; Delores Hesek, Poy Sippi, WI.; 9 Grandchildren; 15 Great Grandchildren; 4 Great Great Grandchildren; and a Sister: Alpha Ludwig, West Allis, WI.. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband - Floyd, 2 grandchildren - Stacy Schroeder and Mark Kenneth Schroeder, 4 brothers and 5 sisters. Funeral Services will be held at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca at 4:00 PM on Saturday, August 6th, with Pastor Bill Baker officiating. Interment will be held at Pine River Cemetery in the Town Leon, Waushara Co. Visitation will be held on Saturday, from 3:00 PM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
