Betty J. Jones' Obituary
Betty J. Jones, age 92, of Wild Rose, WI passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at Wild Rose Manor where she was a resident for the past 2 years. Betty was born in Wild Rose on May 7, 1924, the daughter of the late Earl and Mildred (Murty) Darling. He lived most of her life in the Wild Rose area and was known by many because of all her years of work at Evergreen Campsite. She loved life and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her children: Richard (Sue) Jones, Arbor Vitae, WI; James (Sandi) Jones, Knoxville, TN; Roger (Leslie) Jones, Oshkosh, WI and Vicki (Wayne) Simons, Wild Rose; her 11 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, 8 brothers and 7 sisters. Betty's wishes were to have no funeral services and she will be buried at Oak Hill Cemetery in Wild Rose at a later date. The family would like to thank the staff at Wild Rose Manor for all of their loving care and friendship to our mother and all of their support to our family. Holly Funeral Home in Wild Rose is assisting the family with arrangements.
