Betty M. Moore's Obituary
Betty M. Moore, age 90, of Waupaca, WI passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at Bethany Home. Betty was born in Chicago, IL on January 24, 1928, the daughter of the late Andrew and Carla (Jorgensen) Jensen. In 1948, Betty married Herbert (Hub) Moore in Ogdensburg and he preceded her in death on November 9, 2002. Betty was a surgical RN for over 35 years at Riverside Medical Center in Waupaca. She enjoyed golfing and playing bridge. She is a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Betty is survived by her children: Marcia Koehl, Waupaca and Walter Moore, Waupaca; her grandchildren: Gretchen Peterson; Seth (Kristi) Moore; Luke (Bethany) Moore; Andrew (Erica) Koehl and Jennifer Koehl; 10 great grandchildren and her brother: Jens Jensen, Hawaii. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Hub and 6 brothers & sisters. The Memorial Service will be on Monday, January 21 at 11 AM at the Holly Funeral Home, Waupaca. Burial will be at a later date in Park Cemetery, Town of St. Lawrence. Visitation will be on Monday morning from 10 AM to 11 AM at the funeral home.
