BEVERLY M. SATHER
WAUPACA, WI. Age 80 - died on Monday, March 21, 2005 at the Riverside Medical Center in Waupaca, WI. She was born on July 4, 1924 in Ripon, WI, a daughter of the late Emil and Marie (Fochs) Reinsch. She married Sherwood Sather on August 8, 1947 in Ripon, WI. He preceded her in death. Beverly is survived by her children: Bruce (Dawn) Sather of Bolton, MA, Catharine (Bruce) Sather Beattie of Warwick, RI, Marlynn (Richard) Sather Rutenberg of Philadelphia, PA, Deborah Sather Haufler of Sarasota, FL, Robert (Elizabeth) Sather of River Hills, WI, Thomas Sather of Denver, CO, and Mary Beth (Steven Marquardt) Sather of Brentwood, TN, 17 grandchildren: Guy, Geoffrey, Adina, Joshua, Daniel, David, Rebecca, Michael, Paul, Eileen, Clare, Margaret, Charles, Monica, Charlotte, Savannah, and Elisabeth, and a great granddaughter: Sydney-Rose. Beverly was preceded in death by her husband: Sherwood, an infant daughter: Mary Margaret, a brother: C.P. “Sonny” Reinsch, and a sister: Irmagarde Reinsch. Beverly had been the City Clerk / Treasurer for the City of Waupaca, WI from 1975 until her retirement in the fall of 1994. She had previously been the Deputy City Clerk for the city of Ripon, WI. She was a member of the Wisconsin Municipal Clerks Association. She had also been a member of the Business and Professional Womens Organization (BPW) for many years. She had been given the honor of being the Woman of The Year for one of the local BPW chapters. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2005 at 10:30 AM at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca, WI with Father James Vennix, officiating. Interment will be in the St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery in Ripon, WI. Friends may call at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca, WI on Thursday morning from 9:30 – 10:30 AM. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca, WI assisted the family with arrangements.
