Brandais Reynolds' Obituary
After many years of battling significant health challenges, Brandais died peacefully in her home in Poy Sippi, Wisconsin on Tuesday, September 19, 2017. She was 31.
Brandais was born on March 31, 1986 in Bogalusa, Louisiana to her parents, Robert and Lillian Reynolds. She graduated from Tri-County High School in Plainfield, Wisconsin in 2004.
Brandais had begun schooling to become a registered nurse and had earned her CNA at Fox Valley Technical College. She last worked as a dialysis technician at DaVita. Brandais also had a background in banking and marketing for Lillian’s home-crafted soap business.
Brandais interests included a rich variety of pursuits. She could turn a scar of brown lawn into an organic tomato patch like nobody else and delighted in transforming her fresh produce into culinary delights that made her family swoon. Brandais also enjoyed making jewelry and had a flair for painting. Her love of animals was rivaled by few and quiet times were often spent with a cat or dog(s) on her lap.
Brandais is survived by her mother Lillian of Poy Sippi, Wisconsin; sister Linda Reynolds, niece Madailein and nephew Braeden of Chesapeake, Virginia; brother and sister-in-law Mitch Reynolds and Anna Krause, nephew Rowan and niece Olivia of La Crosse, Wisconsin; and loving partner Brandon Taylor of Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Brandais is preceded in death by her father, Robert.
A Memorial Service will be on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 1:30 PM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 2000 Roosevelt Road, Plover, WI 54467. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been set up in Brandais name. The Holly Funeral Home of Poy Sippi is assisting the family with arrrangements.
