I grew up with CJ and his brother "Chico" and have a lot of memories of the times we had. From the first day of school at, then, St. Mary's School when Carl and Charles walked into our first grade classroom with Sister M. Hildegarde and said "morning men", to the the last time he stopped at my house to give me a ride on his "Beezer" BSA bike before I left for the Army, we had a lot of adventures. On friday nights, I could count on CJ to pick me up at St. Norbert after he got of work at Nicolet Paper. He was my ride home to Pulaski, after a stop at Budzie's Bar in Angelica. But that would b a whole chapter of stories. He was a great friend and a great guy. I finally got to see him at his mom's funeral and have thought of him often. He was a big part of the memories shared at our 50th high school reunion in 2013. I will miss him greatly. You have my deepest sympathy.
