Celia L. Miner
Waupaca, WI Age 89 – died on Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at Iola Living Assistance in Iola, WI. She was born on December 13, 1918 in the Township of Belmont, Portage County, WI, the daughter of Walter and Anna (Haiduk) Petrick. She married Leland Miner on April 2, 1937 in Almond, WI. He preceded her in death on December 9, 1992. Celia is survived by her daughter; Fern (Millard) Fletcher of Plover, her son; Kenneth (Jane) Miner of Wautoma, eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, a sister; Patsy Marz of Chicago, and a brother: William Petrick of California. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Celia was preceded in death by her husband; Leland, her grandson; Dale Fletcher, her parents, and eight brothers and sisters. Celia had been a housekeeper for various families in the Waupaca area for many years. A funeral service will be held at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca, WI on Monday, July 21, 2008 at 11:00 AM, with the Reverend Ray Robinson, officiating. Interment will be in the Liberty Corners Cemetery, Township of Buena Vista, Portage County, WI. Friends may call at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca on Monday morning from 10:00 – 11:00 AM. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca, WI is assisting the family with arrangements.
