Charles “Chuck” W. Richard, III
Tustin, WI age 70 – passed away on Friday, December 26, 2008 at the Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh, WI. He was born on March 28, 1938 in Chicago, IL, the son of Charles W. and Mary (Kane) Richard, II. He married Charlene Bernstein on March 26, 1977 in Chicago, IL. Chuck is survived by his wife; Charlene, two sons; Randall C. Richard of Chicago, IL, and Jeffrey W. Richard of Tustin, WI, a brother; Gerard (Maya) Richard of Chicago, IL, sisters; Mary Ann (Joe) Ferarra of Chicago, IL, Charlotte (Art) Jablonski of New Jersey, Claire (Tom) Ford of Ohio, Joanne Pillow of Chicago, IL, Margie (Bob) Nichols of Chicago, IL, Michelle Richard of Des Plaines, IL, Sheila Richard of Chicago, IL, and Rosemary Richard of Elk Grove Village, IL, his godmother; Sister Anita Claire of Illinois, a sister-in-law; Barbara Mazzarino of Tustin, WI, and a brother-in-law; Bob Miller of Elk Grove Village, IL. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister; Anita Miller, and two brothers-in-law; Tony Pillow and Fred Mazzarino. Chuck had been employed for many years as an accountant. He had proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Viet Nam War. He was an avid sports fan, and especially loved the Chicago Bears. A Memorial Service will be held at the Holly Funeral Home in Poy Sippi, WI on Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at 7:00 PM, with Father Paul Vanden Hogen, officiating. Military Honors will be observed following the memorial service. A visitation will be held on Monday from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at the Holly Funeral Home in Poy Sippi. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in the name of Charles W. Richard, III. The Holly Funeral Home of Poy Sippi, WI is assisting the family with arrangements.
