Chayse Michael Hoch - age 3 - died Friday, March 6, 2015. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 15, 2015 at 3:00 PM at the Victory Church in Waupaca, WI. Visitation will be from 2:00 - 3:00 PM at the church. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements.
