Cinda "Cindi" Engebretson's Obituary
Cindi Engebretson, 61, of Shawano, passed away unexpectedly in an automobile accident on Monday, February 1, 2016. Cindi was born on May 2, 1954, daughter of the late James Engebretson and Patricia (Colligan) Engebretson.
Cindi was a proud employee of the Clintonville School District for 28 years. Cindi enjoyed crafting, camping, working in direct sales, and traveling. Cindi and Mike had just recently returned from a 3 week vacation in Europe, something she always dreamed of doing. She will be fondly remembered by her pronounced laughter that filled the room.
Cindi is survived by: her mother Patricia; daughter Shannon (Aaron Karnatz) Eckels; son Ryan Eckels; sister Lee Ann Mientke; brother Robin (Joyce) Engebretson; significant other Mike Olsen; and step-children Brad and Dustin Bricco and Jami Young. Cindi was also grandmother to: Taylor and Alyson Young, and Bryce, Caitlin, Kendall, Remy, Ryker, Noah, and Kylee Bricco. She is preceded in death by: her father; and grandparents Ed and Esther Colligan and Jonas and Cora Engebretson.
A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 PM on Sunday, February 7, 2016, at Holly Funeral Home, 526 S. MAIN ST., WAUPACA, with Pastor Jeff Fletcher officiating. Relatives and friends may visit the family at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Burial Ravine Cemetery.
