Clara Buelow's Obituary
Clara L. Buelow, age 96, of Waupaca, Wisconsin, passed away Tuesday, May 3rd, 2005 at Crystal River Nursing Home in Waupaca. She was born in the Town of Lanark, Portage County, Wisconsin on October 23, 1908, the daughter of Fredereck and Marie (Hintz) Lucht. She married Hartwell J. Buelow on November 2, 1929 in Almond, WI. He preceded her in death on June 12, 1970. She is survived by Daughter-in-law: Joyce Buelow, Waupaca, WI; Grandchildren: Bruce Buelow, Amherst, WI; Jon Buelow, Waupaca, WI; Great Granddaughter: Myra Buelow, Amherst, WI. Clara is further survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Hartwell; son, Harlyn, an infant granddaughter, Carol Jean; four brothers - John, Edward, William & Walter and three sisters - Ella, Martha & Anna. It was Clara's request not to have a funeral service. Interment of cremains will be in the Badger Cemetery in the Town Lanark, Wisconsin. A memorial has been established to the Immanuel Lutheran Church and the Auxiliary of Riverside Medical Center. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca assisted the family.
