Clarence N. Hammes' Obituary
Clarence N. Hammes age 92, of King, passed away on Thursday August 30, 2012. Clarence was born on January 24, 1920, the son of Elmer and Eleanore (Zuehl) Hammes. Clarence married Margaret Ernst on June 15, 1946.
Clarence is survived by his wife Margaret Hammes of King, WI; two daughters Barbara Burnett of Cache, OK, and Marlene (Dennis) Schwalenberg of Port Edwards, WI; two sons Ronald (LuAnn) Hammes of Milwaukee, WI, and Neil (Debra) Hammes of Westchester, IL; one brother Tom (Althea) Schoepp of Benton, AR; eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren, many other nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Clarence was preceded in death by his parents Elmer and Eleanore Hammes; his step father Paul Schoepp; one son David Hammes; and one sister Ruth.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday September 4, 2012 at 1:30 P.M. at the Olson Hall Chapel in King. Chaplain Wayne Schwanke will officiate with burial to be held at the Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
