Clayton James Sopa, age 12 days, of Amherst, passed away on Monday, June 11th, 2007 at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield. He was born in Marshfield on May 30, 2007, a son of Bart and Sarah (Schilling) Sopa. Survivors include: his parents, Bart and Sarah (Schilling) Sopa, sisters, Rebecca Hendrickson and Rachel Kluver and twin brother Evan Sopa. Great Grandmother Evelyn Wysocki, Amherst, Paternal Grandparents, Charles, Jr. and Janice Sopa, Amherst, Maternal Grandparents, Rodney and Carol Schilling, Wisconsin Rapids. Aunts and Uncles, Mark and Ann Schilling, Wisconsin Rapids, Dan and Tracee Deranick, Wisconsin Rapids, Charles, III and Karen Sopa, Plover, Wally and Jill Nemeth, Plover, Kelly Sopa, Plover, Stephan and Holli Schultz, Wisconsin Rapids and Jolene Sopa, Madison. Cousins, John Schmutzer, Pensacola, FL, Brittany Fletcher, Plover, Ryan and Garrett Schilling, Wisconsin Rapids, Cody Deranick, Wisconsin Rapids, Tyler, Marissa and Kaitlyn Sopa, Plover, Haley and Hope Nemeth, Plover and Dakoda and Kolton Schultz, Wisconsin Rapids. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church - Fancher at 11 AM on Saturday, July 7th, 2007 with Father Robert Pedretti & Father Ray Pedretti, officiating. Interment of cremains will be at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 4 until 7 PM at Jungers-Holly Funeral Home in Amherst, with a Rosary Service to be held at 6:30 PM. Visitation also on Saturday, from 10:30 AM until the time of service at the church.
