CLYDE E. KRUEGER
KING, WI (FORMERLY OF WAUPACA, WI) Age 87 – died on October 26, 2006 at the Wisconsin Veterans Home at King, WI. He was born on July 17, 1919 in the Township of Pensaukee, Oconto County, WI, a son of the late Albert and Myrtle (Bidwell) Krueger. He married Esther Young on July 27, 1942 in Oconto, WI. She preceded him in death on July 21, 2003. Clyde is survived by three daughters: Cheryl (Gary) Bond of McKinney, TX, Michele (Steve) Przybelski of Green Bay, WI, and Beth (Pat) Hales of Iola, WI, grandchildren: Sheri (Bob) Koziczkowski, Kristen (Mark) Mueller, Katie (Derick) Stepp, Matthew Przybelski (Special Friend: Roberta), Amanda (Paul) Pascoe, Nathan Przybelski, Mitchell Przybelski (Special Friend: Angela), Holly (Lance) Sherman, and Ryan Hales, great grandchildren: Zachary Koziczkowski, Emily Koziczkowski, Erin Koziczkowski, Rachel Mueller, Paige Pascoe, and Ian Sherman, brothers: Marvin (Jean) Krueger of Oconto, WI, and Gerald (Nell) Krueger of Tupelo, MS. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife: Esther, a grandson: Derek Bond, and his parents. Clyde had been employed with the former Wisconsin Public Service Corporation in Oconto and Waupaca for 38 years, retiring in 1984. He retired as a District Office Manager in the Waupaca office. He was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Waupaca. He had served in the U.S. Army Air Force during WW II. He was a member of the Waupaca Masonic Lodge #123. He had also been a member of the Waupaca Lion’s Club. He had been active in many activities including golf, gardening, hunting, camping, and square dancing. His favorite activity was the time he spent with his grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Waupaca, WI on Monday, October 30, 2006 at 11:00 AM, with Reverend Nathan Liedtke, officiating. Interment and Military Rites will take place at Lakeside Memorial Park Cemetery in Waupaca, WI following the memorial service. Friends may call at the church on Monday morning from 10:00 – 11:00 AM. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca, WI is assisting the family with arrangements.
