Colyn R. Lauer's Obituary
Colyn R. Lauer, age 21, of Plainfield, WI, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 12th, 2016 at Ministry Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield, WI after suffering a severe brain aneurysm. He was born in Stevens Point, WI on August 25, 1995, the son of Jerome and Melanie (Del Rosario) Lauer.
Colyn had a zest for life and cherished his family and friends. His loyalty was definitely one of a kind. His smile would light up a room as his caring heart touched the lives of so many. He will forever be remembered for sense of humor.
Survivors include his Parents: Jerry & Melanie Lauer, Plainfield, WI; Maternal Grandmother: Mary Del Rosario, Almond, WI; God Mother: Jennifer Breseman, Stevens Point, WI; Paternal Grandparents: Pat & Mary Lauer, Plainfield, WI. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Those that proceeded him in death include his maternal grandfather - Robert Del Rosario, great grandfather - Wilbur Breseman, great grandmother- Catherine Breseman, great grandfather - Bernard Lauer, two uncles - Jim and Eugene and one aunt - Lisa.
Funeral Services will be held at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca, WI, at 1 PM on Monday, December 19th, 2016, with Deacon Jim Trzinski, officiating. Interment will be in St. Paul Catholic Cemetery, Town Oasis, Waushara Co., WI. Visitation will be held on Monday, from 10 AM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Colyn's family would like to thank Waushara County First responders, Ministry Saint Michaels Hospital, Saint Joseph's Cardiac Care/ Medical ICU and a special heartfelt thank you to his ICU Nurse Julie.
