CORA LOUISE JONES
“CORALIE”
WAUPACA, WISCONSIN Age 87, passed away on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at her daughter’s home in Waupaca. She was born August 11, 1922 in Ladysmith, Rusk Co., WI; daughter of Charles and Cora (Girod) Becker. On June 21, 1942, Cora married Arthur S. Jones in Camp Cooke, CA. He preceded her in death on January 21, 1992. Cora worked for many years in the food service department at the Wisconsin Veterans Home in King. She will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends. Cora is survived by:

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Cora Becker; her husband, Arthur Jones; a daughter, Martha Rose Jones; a granddaughter, Cora Jean Jones; a grandson, Benjamin Karl Jones, a great-grandson, Jacob Alan Magdanz; and a brother, Walt Becker. A Funeral Service will be on Saturday, December 5, 2009 at 3:00 PM at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca, WI. Reverend Dr. Charles L. Tews will officiate. A visitation will be on Saturday from 1:00 – 3:00 PM at the Holly Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Central WI Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King, WI.
