Daniel L. Swenson's Obituary
Daniel L. Swenson, age 53, of Manawa, WI, passed away Monday, January 7, 2008 at his residence. Daniel was born in Iola, WI on January 19, 1954, the son of John and Mary (Thompson) Swenson. On October 20, 1995, Daniel married Ruth Fischer in Chicago and she preceded him in death on Feb. 28, 2005. Dan is survived by his daughters: Cynthia Swenson; Alanna Swenson & Dianna Swenson all of Chicago; six grandchildren, Cody, Emily, Kashe, Daevion, Desire and Isaiah; his mother: Mary Swenson of Waupaca; his brothers: Charles (Connie) Westphal of New London; Tom (Ann Marie) Trzebiatowski of Palatine, IL; David (Gina) Trzebiatowski of Waupaca and John (Jenni) Swenson Jr. of New London and his sisters: Mary Jane (Rollie) Ritchie of Appleton; Debra Swenson of Scandinavia and Darlene Dohm of Weyauwega. Dan was also preceded in death by his father, John. It was Dan's wishes that cremation take place and there be a Graveside service on Friday at 1 PM at St. James Catholic Cemetery in Amherst. A memorial gathering will take place following the cemetery service.
