Daniel M. Szczublewski's Obituary
Daniel M. Szczublewski, age 60, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 26, 2019 at his home in Wild Rose, WI. He was born July 30, 1958 in Wild Rose, WI; son of Paul A. and Marye (Henke) Szczublewski. Daniel married Dawn M. Simon on February 15, 1985 in Wautoma, WI and she preceded him in death on June 19, 1995. His second marriage was on October 31, 1997 to Katherine V. Shannon in Wild Rose and together they shared 19 years of marriage before her passing on December 14, 2016. Daniel will be dearly missed by all of his loving family and many friends.
Daniel is survived by his children, Andrea (Nicholas) Reeder of Capulin, CO, Stephanie (Aleque) Taylor of Wild Rose, WI, Michael Szczublewski of Wild Rose, WI, Jessica (Roger) Brossart of Walton, KY, and Nicole (Nathan) Vetter of Pittsburgh, PA; seven grandchildren, Jessica Winters, Zachary Reeder, Xander Reeder, Zhyla Reeder all of Capulin, CO, Caitlin Barnette of Tyler, TX, Triston Wishart of Wild Rose, WI, and Devin McAfee of Wild Rose, WI; one great-granddaughter on the way (due in 3 weeks); and seven siblings, Victoria Szczublewski of Wild Rose, WI, Harold (Christine) Szczublewski of Mt. Morris, WI, Peter (Deborah) Szczublewski of Brookhaven, MS, Rosemary Szczublewski of Wild Rose, WI, Martha Szczublewski of Wild Rose, WI, Paul (Lori) Szczublewski of Saxeville, WI, and Christopher (Theresa) Szczublewski of Saxeville, WI. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Marye Szczublewski; his first wife, Dawn Szczublewski; his second wife, Katherine Szczublewski; an infant sister, Suzanne Szczublewski; and other family and friends close to him.
A Funeral Service will be on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Holly Funeral Home in Wild Rose, WI. Pastor Rod Chapman will officiate. A visitation will be held on Sunday from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the Holly Funeral Home. Burial will be at Ravine Cemetery on Sunday following the services. The Holly Funeral Home of Wild Rose is assisting the family with arrangements.
