DarlaJean "DJ" Graham's Obituary
DarlaJean (DJ) E. (Holm) Graham of Waupaca, WI passed away September 17, 2022 at the age of 79.
DJ grew up on a dairy farm in southern WI. and continued to have farm animals around most of her life. She was an avid reader and enjoyed studying all her life. While she loved the Lord from her youth, the older she got the more that love deepened. She loved studying His Word, its original language, and applying it to life’s scenarios. She appreciated when people valued her insight and words of encouragement as she thrived on serving her Savior.
DJ homeschooled some of her younger children. For years she managed and ran the office for her husband's fiberglass business, and sometimes helped in the factory.
DJ apprenticed and then became a home birth midwife for 15 years during which she attended 165 births, including some of her grandchildren. It was a precious role for her and several of those families continued to stay in touch with her, allowing her to see many of her 'babies' grow up.
After retirement, DJ and LeRoy travelled to several missions around the US, teaching the Bible, offering prayers, and giving counsel.
She is survived by siblings: JudyAnn Pysklo and Wirt (Carol) Holm
Children: Travis (Stephanie), Trent (Bethany), Montana (Becky), Nevada (Robert) Myers, Raymond, Sterling (Crystal), Ashley (Ellen), foster daughter, Tracey King.
And grandchildren: Caleb, Noah, Camille, Raquel, Bradley, Kyle, Remington, Phillip, Jordan, Mercedes, Nia, Miranda, Vanessa, Casey, Sierra, Marissa, Isaac, Rebecka, Anessa, Treyson, Abigail, Amelia, Genevieve, Bella, and 12 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, LeRoy R. Graham; her parents: Arne Holm and Rubena (Wirt) Holm; and her grandson Reuben James.

Family of DJ will be having a service at a later date.
