David W. Jensen's Obituary
David W. Jensen age 65 of Waupaca, passed away on Sunday July 12, 2015. David was born on January 16, 1950 the son of Carl and Bernice (Losinski) Jensen.
David is survived by two daughters Toni Hernandez of Waupaca, WI and LaToya (Raul) Hernandez of Appleton, WI; four grandchildren Arianna, Bianca, Lenin and Lukas; two sisters Barb (Glenn) Duckert of Milwaukee, WI and Rosalie (Don) Shudarek of Wisconsin Rapids, WI; one brother Dennis (Mary) Jensen of Mazomanie, WI many other nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
David was preceded in death by his parents Carl and Bernice Jensen and two brother’s Gerald “Dick” Jensen and Jim Jensen.
A memorial service will be held on Friday July 17, 2015 at 2 P.M. at the Holly Funeral Home. A visitation will be held on Friday from 12 P.M. until the time of the service at 2 P.M.
