DOLORES KOWALCZYK
WAUTOMA, WISCONSIN
Age 76, passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at Kinnic Health & Rehabilitation Center in River Falls, WI. She was born October 11, 1938 in Mauston, WI; daughter of Mary and Victor Dlask. On November 17, 1962, Dolores married Stanley Kowalczyk in Midlothian, IL and moved to Wild Rose, WI in 1967. Together they shared 51 years of marriage before his passing on December 6, 2013. Along with taking care of her family, Dolores enjoyed gardening, reading, and various creative hobbies. She was a loving Mother to her children and will be dearly missed.

Curtis (Robbin) Kowalczyk of Henderson, NC
Daniel (Carrie) Kowalczyk of Bloomington, MN
Grandchildren: Josh Strohbusch, Jerry Strohbusch, Jacob Strohbusch, Zachary Studley-Kowalczyk, David Kowalczyk, and Hanna Kowalczyk
Brother: Lyall Dlask of Michigan
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary (Kirschner) Dlask and Victor Dlask; her husband, Stanley Kowalczyk; and her siblings, Beverly, Rosella, Claude, Flo, Hugh, and Daniel.
A Funeral Service will be on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Holly Funeral Home in Wild Rose, WI. Father Ted Lewandowski will officiate. A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 9:00 – 11:00 AM at the Holly Funeral Home. Burial will be at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in the Town of Rose following the service on Wednesday. The Holly Funeral Home of Wild Rose is assisting the family with arrangements.
