Donald J. Keffner's Obituary
Donald J. Keffner age 82, of Waupaca passed away on March 17, 2011. Donald was born on June 15, 1928 the son of Chester and Myrtle (Shanklin) Keffner. Donald is survived by two sisters Arlene Lien of Iola, and Joyce Schroeder of King; two nephews Alan (Vicky) Lien, and Scott Lien; and one niece Kari (Mike) Christoph, other relatives and friends.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents Chester and Myrtle Keffner; two brother-in-laws Fred Schroeder, and Lowell Lien; one great nephew Matt Lien.
A funeral service will be held on Monday March 21, 2011 at the Main Chapel at the Wisconsin Veterans Home in King at 11 A.M. Chaplain Rich Engle will officiate with burial to held in the spring at the Lower Amherst Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Sunday March 20, 2011 at the Holly Funeral Home from 2 – 4 P.M. and again on Monday at the Main Chapel in King from 10 until the time of the service at 11 A.M.
