DONALD L. KULESZA
WAUPACA, WI (FORMERLY OF MARSHFIELD, WI) Age 56 – died on Tuesday, March 24, 2006 at the Veterans Administration Hospital at Tomah, WI. He was born on March 25, 1949 in Woodstock, IL, the son of Leopold and Shirley (Jerde) Kulesza. He married Carol (Brandt) Winther on July 22, 2004 at the Main Chapel of the Wisconsin Veterans Home at King, WI. Don was a 1967 graduate of Marshfield High School. He had served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 10 years, attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant. Part of his service time was during the Viet Nam War. Don is survived by his wife: Carol Winther-Kulesza of Waupaca, WI, a daughter: Margaretta (Chris) High Eagle of Maui, HI, a granddaughter: Cari-Lyn Kulesza, his mother: Shirley (Stanley) Kropidlowski, Sr. of Racine, WI, his father: Leopold V. Kulesza, three sisters: Lee (Ron) Stelzer of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Renee (Scott) Wesley of Sturtevant, WI, Doreen (David) Bolanowski of Racine, WI, and three brothers: Ronald Kropidlowski of Racine, WI, Larry (Donna) Jerde of Wilmot, WI, and Stanley (Jody) Kropidlowski, Jr. of Green Bay, WI. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 17, 2006 at 10:30 AM at the Wisconsin Veterans Home – Main Chapel, at King, WI, with Reverend Larry Gross, officiating. Interment will be in the Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery at King, WI. Friends may call at the Main Chapel at King on Friday morning from 9:30 – 10:30 AM. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca, WI is assisting the family with arrangements.
