Donald R. Lamb's Obituary
Donald R. Lamb, age 80, of Almond, WI passed away on Tuesday, December 23rd, 2014 in Middleton, WI.
He was born in Milwaukee, WI on July 26, 1934, a son of the late Richard and Minnie (Osman) Lamb.
He married Kathleen A. Wallner on June 12, 1954 in Almond, WI. She preceded him in death on August 21, 2012. He was a member of Almond United Methodist Church. Don enjoyed working in the garden, yard and his shop. He was the owner of Don Lamb Construction for over 40 years. He enjoyed watching the Packers and Brewers. Don also loved spending time with his grandkids, cooking and grilling.
Survivors include a Daughter: Debra Cummings, Westfield, WI; Grandchildren: Shad (Melina) Cummings, Almond, WI; Brent (Sarah) Cummings, Kronenwetter, WI; Kailee (Travis) Borchert, Marshall, WI; Dustin (Amie) Hunt, Verona, WI; Great Grandchildren: Mason (Mariah) Sigourney; Macie Mae Cummings; Brothers: Bill (Candace) Lamb, Almond, WI; Tom (Darl) Lamb, Waupaca, WI; Joe (Judy) Lamb, Weston, WI; Sister: Dorothy Keim, Eugene, OR. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife - Kathleen, daughter - Denise Hunt, two sons - Keith and James Lamb and a sister - Pat.
Funeral Services will be held at Almond United Methodist Church at 11 AM on Tuesday, December 30th, 2014, with Reverend Paul Gregersen, officiating. Interment will be held at Lone Pine Cemetery, Town of Almond, Portage Co., WI. Visitation will be held on Monday, from 4 until 8 PM at the Almond United Methodist Church and on Tuesday, one hour prior to the service at the church.
