Donna Belter's Obituary
Donna Belter, 62, of Waupaca, passed away Friday, March 17, 2006. Donna was born September 28, 1943 in Chicago, Illinois. She and her husband, LeRoy Belter, moved to Waupaca in 1964. She earned a nursing degree at UW Oshkosh and worked as an RN at Riverside Medical Center where she provided compassionate care and professional excellence for over 30 years. Donna’s surviving family includes her husband, LeRoy, of Waupaca, her parents, Bob and Jean (Zawacki) Hoekstra of Arkansas and three children; Christine (Bo) Loiselle of Fairhope, AL, Guy (Jennifer) Belter of Greensboro, NC and Renni Belter (Jim Aspinall) of Orlando, FL. She will also be missed by her four grandchildren: Lindsey Loiselle, Colton Belter, Eleanor and Emma Aspinall as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She will be remembered for her kindness, compassion and an unmatched flair for life. The Belter family would especially like to thank the staff at Riverside Medical Center for the exceptional care they provided for Donna and her family during her stay as a patient. Their kindness and support will long be remembered and appreciated. Visitation will be at A. J. Holly & Sons Funeral home on Wednesday, March 29, 2006 from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. followed by a Memorial Service at 7:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation to the American Cancer society in Donna’s name.
