DONNA J. (BOUTWELL) ERICKSON
WAUPACA, WISCONSIN Age 68 passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2006 at Appleton Medical Center in Appleton, WI. She was born May 25, 1938 in Waupaca, WI; daughter of Cloyce Boutwell and Carmen (Falzbot) Penney. On September 10, 1999, Donna married Dick Erickson in Waupaca, WI. Donna is survived by:

Aunt: Lois Morgan of Amherst, WI
Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, former husband, James Barker, two sisters, Sharon Mohr and Sandra Boutwell, one brother, Gerald Boutwell, three nieces, Stacey, Hollie, and Jacklyn, sister-in-law, Shelley Penney, brother-in-law, Robert Raasch, and a step-daughter, Brenda Erickson. A Private Family Visitation was held at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca. Burial was at Salem (Swede) Lutheran Cemetery in the Town of Farmington.
