Doranna L. Howerton's Obituary
Doranna L. Howerton, age 72 of Almond, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at Ascension St. Michael’s Hospital in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. She was born on January 23, 1948 in Pekin, Illinois; daughter of Wilbur and Albertia (Jarrett) Lehmann.
Doranna enjoyed painting, cooking, reading and walking in woods. Her greatest enjoyment was being a homemaker for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by one daughter, Annette Kunst of Topeka, Kansas; one son, Ronnie Beckwith of Almond, Wisconsin; Thirteen grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren and two sisters, Sherry Busse of Sheboygan, Wisconsin and Dorothy Brant of Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
Doranna was preceded in death by her parents, William and Albertia Lehmann; one daughter, Angie Rawlings; one sister, Lila Nelson and one brother, William Lehmann.
A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, September 25, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Jungers-Holly Funeral Home in Amherst, Wisconsin.
