Dorothy M. Lee's Obituary
Dorothy M. Lee, age 93, of King, WI, formerly of Wausau, WI, passed away on Thursday, April 4th, 2024, at the Wisconsin Veterans Home, King, WI. She was born in Wausau, WI on April 7, 1930, a daughter of the late Elmer and Rose Krienke.
Dorothy's love of God could only be matched by her love of family. She adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren, always eager to hear what was going on in their lives. When visiting you were always met with a selection of cookies that only she could make to perfection. A wonderful mother and wife that made the home warm and inviting. She will be greatly missed.
Survived by Son: Richard (Mary Ann) Lee, Plymouth, MI. Grandchildren: Monica (Amy) Jendrusina and Erik (Jessica) Lee. Great grandchildren Jaclyn Jendrusina and Bennett Lee. Sisters: Grace (Don) Chaignot, Gretta (the late John) Corazalla and Marilyn (the late Herbert) Reihansperger. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Ronald Lee, son Thomas Lee and her sister Joyce (the late James) Nowak.
Interment will be held at Pine Grove Cemetery in Wausau. There will be a private family service held later.
Whether or not we feel God's presence when our way seems dark, by faith we know He is there. You can stake your life on His promise: "I will never leave you nor forsake you" (Heb. 13:5).
