Duane A. Georgeson's Obituary
Duane A. Georgeson age 69 of South Dakota, formerly of Ogdensburg passed at the Sanford Care Center in Vermillion SD. Duane was born on October 28, 1941 the son of Harry and Dorothy (Dailey) Georgeson. Duane married Sharon Lutz on August 4, 1989.
Duane is survived by his wife Sharon Georgeson of Elk Point SD; one son Tom (Carrie) Georgeson of Manawa, WI; six step children; two granddaughters; eleven step grandchildren; one great granddaughter; and two sisters Sharon (John) Kerneen of Weyauwega., and Colleen Ridge of Ogdensburg, many other nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Harry and Dorothy Georgeson, and one step granddaughter Stormi Lynn Steinbrecher.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday May 5, 2011 at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca at 11:30 A.M. Reverend Jeffrey Smiles will officiate, with burial to follow in the Park Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Thursday at the funeral home from 10:30 A.M. until the time of the service at 11:30 A.M.
