Edith J. Vroman's Obituary
Edith J. Vroman, age 90, of Plover, formerly of Almond, passed away on Tuesday, June 9th, 2026. She was born in Town of Belmont, Portage Co., WI on June 21, 1935, a daughter of the late Henry and Ethel (Redlin) Lienhard.
She married Lawrence Vroman on August 13, 1955 He preceded her in death on January 15, 2015.
"Eat My Dust" describes Edith Jane (Leinhard) Vroman, Aunt Edie to her family, "Trouble" to some people. She was a formidable, very friendly, fun, giving, kind person. Foster parent to lots of boys. Hard working stenographer at the Wisconsin Veterans Home at King and produce farmer selling on the "Square" in Stevens Point.
She is missed by her family and many chosen family members. She is further survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and loving friends.
A Graveside Service will be held at Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, King, at 11 AM on Friday, July 17th, 2026.
