Edward R. Marolt
King, WI Age 92 – died on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at the Wisconsin Veterans Home at King, WI. He was born on March 14, 1921 in West Allis, WI, the son of Rudolph and Frances (Floryan) Marolt. He married Hazel McCarthy at St. John’s Cathedral in Milwaukee in 1948. She preceded him in death. Edward is survived by nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, and other relatives. Edward had been employed as a salesman for a uniform cleaning company for many years. Edward served his country in the Army during WW II. He became a resident of the Wisconsin Veterans Home in King in July of 2007. A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 15, 2013 at 1:30 PM at the Wisconsin Veterans Home – Ainsworth Hall Chapel in King, WI with Father Paul Vanden Hogen, officiating. Military Honors will be observed following the funeral service. Interment will be in the Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King, WI. A visitation will be held at the Ainsworth Hall Chapel on Friday from 12:30 – 1:30 PM. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca, WI is assisting the family with arrangements.
