Edward Alan Mushinski 1960-2025
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Edward Alan Mushinski, who passed in early November 2025. Born on August 17th, 1960, in Elgin, Illinois, Edward Alan was a passionate, resilient, hard-working, and thoughtful father, husband, brother, and uncle.
Nicknamed Andy in his childhood he left school early, and would go on to join the United States Marine Corps. He spent the majority of his career as a printer. He was known for his grand storytelling, sense of humor, love of baseball, and love for a home-cooked meal. In his free time, Andy enjoyed long days fishing, watching spaghetti westerns and war movies on repeat, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
Edward Alan is survived by his son Andy Jr, brother Glen M, his sisters Denise and Holly, and his nephew Vincent.
He is preceded in death by his brother Thomas Mushinski, father, Edward Mushinski; his mother, Marjorie Sprinkle; his grandmother, Ollga Mushinski; grandfather, Edward Mushinski.
A celebration of life will be held at Chain O Lakes Bar and Grill in Waupaca, WI on 11/12 11am-3pm. A Memorial Graveside service with Military Honors will be held on Friday, November 14, at 1:00 PM, at Hope Cemetery in the Town of Belmont. Next to Raisin’ Cain Bar and Grill.
