Edwin Pehlke's Obituary
Edwin C. Pehlke, age 93, of Waupaca, WI passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2005 at Bethany Home.
Edwin was born in the Town of Clair Creek, Eau Claire Co. WI on March 27, 1912, the son of the late Julius and Ida (Nehring) Pehlke. On Dec. 17, 1939 Edwin married Eveline (Welke) Pehlke in Foster, WI and she preceded him in death on July 28,1985. Edwin farmed all his life and is a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Waupaca.
He is survived by his son: Ron (Kathy) Pehlke of Waupaca, WI; three grandchildren: Lukas Pehlke, Tyler Pehlke and Kristine Johnson and one great grandchild, Jessie Johnson. Edwin was also preceded in death by a son, Harvey, an infant daughter, Dorothy a half brother and a half sister. Funeral Services will be at Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, December 13, with Reverend Dr. Charles Tews, officiating. Interment will be in the Hillside Cemetery, Marshfield, WI. A visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4 to 6:30 PM at the funeral home.
