Eileen G. Antonakis' Obituary
Eileen G. Antonakis, age 87, of King, WI, formerly of Coloma, peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at the Wisconsin Veterans Home in King, WI. She was born January 30, 1932 in Antigo, WI; daughter of William and Gladys (Dalton) Page. On September 16, 1950, Eileen married Harry M. Antonakis in Antigo, WI and together they shared 59 years of marriage before his passing on September 3, 2009. She will be dearly missed by all of her loving family and friends.
Eileen is survived by her three children, Vicki (John) Witt of Coloma, WI, Gladys (Terry) Coe of Oshkosh, WI, and William (Julie) Antonakis of Wisconsin Dells, WI; nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Eunice Page. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Gladys Page; her husband, Harry Antonakis; two children, Milton Antonakis and Christy Antonakis; and three siblings, Sterle Page, Joy Zelinski, and Gladys Nixon.
A Memorial Service will be on Sunday, July 28, 2019 at 2:00 PM at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca, WI. Sister Martha Mafurutu will officiate. A visitation will be held on Sunday afternoon from 1:00 – 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Central WI Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King at a later date. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements.
