Elaine Catherine Stevens' Obituary
Elaine Catherine Stevens, from South Long Lake Road in Waupaca WI, passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 80 years old. She was born in Little Chute WI on January 8, 1938 to the late Emil and Mary (Coonen) Schmitt.
Survivors include: husband Lawrence Stevens of Waupaca WI, daughter Deborah Campshure (Len) of Wild Rose WI, daughter Barbara (Jim) Stotzheim of Pine River WI, son Alan (Krystal) Stevens of Scandinavia WI, son David Stevens (Kristie) of Las Vegas NV, son Robert Stevens of Hortonville WI, 3 sisters, 1 brother, 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
It really brought Elaine joy to spend time with family, especially outside at the cottage on nice summer days. She is well known for doing her beautiful needle work, great meals, and regular weekend attendance at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Waupaca WI. Elaine and Larry enjoyed a good 60 years of marriage, involving many winter months spent enjoying themselves in Mexico together.
There will be a Visitation from 10-11 am, and a Memorial Service at 11 am, at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca WI on Wednesday, February 7, 2018. Fr. Amalraj Roche will be officiating.
