Eugene T. Paalman's Obituary
Eugene T. Paalman, age 83 of King, WI passed away on Monday, January 8, 2024 at WI Veterans Home in King. Eugene was born on December 22, 1940; son of the late Theodore and Adaline (Neland) Paalman in New London, WI. On November 7, 1964 he married Mary Ann Viotto. Eugene enlisted in the United States Air Force on September 1, 1960. Eugene was an avid sportsman and a great family man. He was a world traveler and went down many different paths. He brought his family back to Wisconsin after many years. Making Land O Lakes, WI his retirement home.
Eugene is survived by his children Gene (Tami) Paalman of Kaukauna, WI; John (Michelle) Paalman of Howard, WI; Kimberly Alft of Antigo, WI; Tammy (Geno) Johnson of Little Chute, WI; grandchildren Eldon Paalman, Miriam Paalman, Marley Johnson, Garett Johnson, Jessica Johnson, Coleton Alft, Kayla Alft, David Brauer, Thomas Tanner; great-grandchildren Emma Woodward, Jaxon Woodward, Rowan Woodward; brothers Lonnie Paalman, Bill (Carol) Paalman, Scott (Amy) Paalman; sister Donna Paalman. Eugene is preceded in death by his parents, wife Mary Ann Paalman, son Gary Lee Paalman, and sisters Marlene Paalman and Elaine Skrobel.
Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 26, 2024 at Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca. Military Honors will follow the service. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until time of services at Holly’s. Burial will be held at a later date in Land O’Lakes, WI.
