Frances B. Harder
Waupaca, WI Age 80 – died on Thursday, January 22, 2009 at the Riverside Medical Center in Waupaca, WI. She was bon on January 22, 1929 in St. Ignace, MI, the daughter of Francis and Marie (Patterson) Christian. She married Gerald Harder on November 16, 1947 in Dubuque, IA. Frances is survived by her husband; Gerald, three children; Carl (Sheryl) Harder of Redlands, CA, Rodney (Dawn) Harder of Waupaca, and Sandra Harder of Weyauwega, grandchildren; Michelle (Divakar) Sarvabhowman of Alexandria, VA, Laura Harder of Sacramento, CA, Kevin Harder of Fort Bragg, NC, Megan Harder, Samantha Harder, Derek Harder, and Brittney Harder all of Waupaca, and Michael Harder of New London, sisters; Ethel Rambo of Stillwater, OK, and Alice Allen of Portland, OR, and sisters-in-law; Marie Dudley of Danbury, WI, and Ruth Christian of Keller, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother; Don Christian, a step-brother; Dave Dudley, and a step-sister; Geraldine McWright. Frances was a member of the Shepherd of The Lakes Church of Waupaca. She had been a homemaker for most of her adult life. A Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at 1:00 PM at the Shepherd of The Lakes Church of Waupaca, with the Reverend David Martin – Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in the Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery at King, WI. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 27, 2009 from Noon – 1:00 PM at the church. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca, WI is assisting the family with arrangements.
